Agent Finn McMissle is a secret agent and partners up with another agent, Holly Shiftwell, to solve who's behind sabotaging the World Grand Prix. He soon mistakes Mater for an American agent and drags him into being a spy through a tracking device with top secret files in them. The American agent slaps the device on to Mater's back before he is captured by a bunch of bad guys.
