Miles Axelrod was the creator of Allinol and the World Grand Prix. He lied about converting himself to an electric car, after emerging from a forest from his amazing dare of circumnavigating the world without a GPS, and ended up being the person behind all of the bad stuff and built Allinol to have one minor disadvantage which an Evil, German Professor, Professor Zundapp, "figured out" through Miles Axelrod telling him.. He was second in command, directly under Miles Axelrod.
